My good friend Beth chose a popular Upper East Side bar and restaurant, called Dorrian's Red Hand, to host her 50th birthday party. Most in attendance, including myself, have been friends with her and each other for decades, going back 30 years or more, hanging out even back then in the very same bar/restaurant.
